I've worked with Brand Catalyst on a number of projects, all requiring a wide variety of design, branding and social media support. Sheli Bowman of Brand Catalyst has an aptitude for creative thinking and an extensive knowledge of branding that has really benefited our projects. She pays close attention during creative briefs and doesn’t create something that just looks pretty, she also makes sure that it not only does the job, but also reflects the values of our organization. She is timely and works well with suggestions when we need changes. I'd highly recommend Brand Catalyst for any job, but on top of that, Sheli and her team have a passion for marine conservation, social and environmental issues, that makes Brand Catalyst the ideal hire for any job which is related to social enterprise or the environmental sector.

Sheli Bowman is Brand Catalyst's executive creative director and founder. She is very hands on and involved on all levels. She is focused on conceptual and targeted solutions that bring results, whether they be judged by online analytics, sales or targeted ROI.
She started her career as an art director for numerous magazines in Japan and the US, such as Japan Airlines’ in-flight magazine. She arrived in Hong Kong in early 1996 as a pioneering co-founder of website development company Puregoodness.com. Clients such as Volkswagen Asia Pacific were hungry to get onto the 'web', a new marketing realm in '96. However, the company was way ahead of the times.
After a few years as art director for Star TV, she used her knowledge of UX as the creative director of a couple web/intranet development companies during the dot com craze. She has since grown organically into creative, digital marketing and strategic brand management roles.
While working as a creative director, then general manager of marketing, for a consumer electronics group in China, she managed all creative, branding and marketing departments, plus large-scale events and trade show presences in the US, Europe and Asia. As the regional brand manager for Leighton Asia she did more of the same, as well as overseeing teams in charge of corporate identity and brand strategy throughout Asia.
Sheli has an MBA, with a specialty in marketing and consumerism. She is the Director of Events for Women Media Networks. She is also Brand Catalyst's social media expert. As well as addressing client's demands, she finds time to speak to groups about social media content generation, as well as teaching social media and design courses.
Sheli is also a strong supporter of non-profits associated with marine conservation and environmental issues, as well as an avid diver.
